Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
May 18, 2009
The Board meeting was held at the cafeteria of the Navy Elementary School, 3500 West Ox Road, Fairfax, VA. The meeting was called to order at 6:40 pm. In attendance were R. Oborn, R. Crowe, A. Tolman and Jan Fenton.
SecretaryÕs Report
The March and April minutes were presented. The Board made several amendments to the minutes. They will be presented again in June for final approval.
TreasurerÕs Report – Not Present
Open Spaces
The proposal from Ronco for the new irrigation system for both entrances was reviewed. A motion was made by R. Crowe and seconded by R. Oborn to approve the work for a total cost of $2,870.00. The contract was unanimously approved.

The regular meeting
was adjourned at 6:45 p.m. to executive session to discuss delinquencies and
architectural violations. The
regular meeting was reconvened at 6:50 p.m.
A motion was made by R. Crowe and seconded by R. Oborn to assess a $10.00 per day rules violation assessment for the lot on Washington Brice, after seven days to allow time for a discussion with a board member and the owner. The assessment unanimously passed.
The next Board meeting will be held June 18th at 7:30 p.m. at the offices of Sequoia Management Company, Inc.
