ARB Meeting November 17, 2009

 

Attendees:

Doug Knoche, Leonard Neely, Dana Nowack, and Art Treiber.

 

Guests:

á      Richard Kunkel Resident/Owner 12311 Ox Hill Road - Shed and landscaping

 

 

Meeting Minutes:

  1. The meeting was called to order.
  2. Previous minutes were reviewed
  3. Motion was presented to approve the minutes. Oral vote was called and received unanimous approval.

 

Old Business:

 

á      Received a concern from a local neighbor regarding a trampoline previously determined to be on common ground.  The trampoline appeared to be moved to the ownerÕs property. A neighbor has now requested that the trampoline be removed and permanent status be declined.  An application has never been received for the trampoline. ARB is requesting the management company notify the owner of the property that trampoline should be removed until an application is submitted by the owner to the ARB for consideration an approved.

 

New Business:

 

Four applications were presented for the same address that had been received since the last meeting and forwarded by the management company.

á      3820 Charles Stewart               Remove Trees (already approved, emergency)

 

 

Address 1:  12311 Ox Hill Road - Shed and landscaping. Application was discussed. The Chair received a motion to approve by Art Treiber, Seconded by Dana Nowack. Application is approved.

 

Address 2:  12358 Washington Brice Road – Screened porch and deck was discussed. Chair received a motion to approve by Art Treiber, Seconded by Dana Nowack. Application is approved.

 

Address 3:  3820 Charles Stewart- Emergency Removal of Trees that was falling towards a neighborÕs home due to rain. Application was approved within 24 hours of receipt. Application was re-confirmed.  Chair received a motion to formally approve by Art Treiber, Seconded by Dana Nowack. Application is formally approved.

 

Address 4:  12409 Alexander Cornell - Remove Trees. Application was discussed.

Chair received a motion to approve by Dana Nowack, Seconded by Art Treiber. Application is approved.

 

 

No additional new business was presented.

 

Motion was made by Art Treiber and seconded by Leonard Neely to adjourn.

 

Next meeting will be held on December 15th, 2009 at 7:30 PM at 12549 Lt. Nichols Road – Fairfax, Va.
