ARB Meeting March 16, 2010

 

Attendees:

Doug Knoche, Mark Macdonald, Andy Manley, Mike Guarino.

Meeting Minutes:

  1. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 PM
  2. Previous minutes were review 8:30 PM
  3. Motion was presented to approve the minutes. Oral vote was called and received unanimous approval.

 

 

New Business:

 

Four applications were presented since the last meeting and forwarded by the management company.  

 

12327 Washington Brice Road           2 story addition to home

3801 Ruben Simpson  Court               Replace 9 Windows in front of house

12402 Stewarts Ford Court                Paint front door darker Green

12377 Washington Brice Road           Install 5Õ X 3Õ propane tank for fireplace use.                        

Address 1:  12327 Washington Brice Road – 2 story addition to a Danbury Model home.  Application was discussed. Applicant presented application. The original objecting parties approved changes made in the second application. The Chair received a motion to approve by Mark Macdonald and Seconded by Michael Guarino. Application is approved.

 

Address 2:  3801 Ruben Simpson Court. – Replace 9 windows in front of home to match previously approved windows installed in back of home.  Application was discussed.  Chair received a motion to approve by Michael Guarino and Seconded by Mark Macdonald.  Application is approved.

 

Address 3:  12402 Stewarts Ford Court – Change front door color from light green to dark Green.  Chair received a motion to approve was made by Andy Manley and seconded by Mark Macdonald. Application is approved.

 

Address 4:  12377 Washington Brice Road –Request to install a 5Õ X 3Õ Propane tank near outside fireplace.  County provided information to Chair that the Fire Marshal stated that it is safe, but the applicant would have to get the appropriate permit and inspection.  There is no restriction having outdoor propane tank of the size that is described in application.  The Chair received a motion to approve by Mark Macdonald and seconded by Michael Guarino with the requirement that applicant (homeowner) provide the HOA copies of the permit and final inspection.

 

 

 

Additional New Business Items:

 

Selection of New ARB officers for next term. 

 

FOEHA Board approved the 7 member board on February 18th, 2010

 

Doug Knoche serves as ARB President.

Mike Guarino serves as ARB Vice-President.

Leonard Neely serves as ARB Secretary. 

 

ARB Members for next year: Doug Knoche, Leonard Neely, Dana Nowack, Mike Guarino, Mark McDonald, and Art Treiber, Andy Manley.

 

No additional new business was presented.

 

Motion was made by Mike Guarino and seconded by Andy Manley to adjourn.

 

Next meeting will be held on April 13th, 2009 at 7:30 PM at 12549 Lt. Nichols Road – Fairfax, Va.
