Since the Special Meeting on May 18 did not achieve the 75% participation required for a quorum to vote on modifying the Articles of Incorporation or the Covenants and Declarations, a vote on the Articles of Incorporation was the prime topic at the Annual Meeting. The changes to the Declarations and Covenants will be reviewed and submitted for consideration at a later date.
